Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement
· Classifieds-SW will never pass on details to any third party, with the exception of the business concerned. If you receive any communication from another party claiming to have been passed your contact details from Classifieds-SW please let us know.
· Classifieds-SW has a trading name of Marriott Services. All references to Classifieds-SW in this agreement are also applicable to Marriott Services.
· Classifieds-SW cannot be held responsible for any services or goods supplied nor do we control or are held responsible for prices of such services, products and goods, availability, competency, suitability of venues, companies and suppliers listed on or linking to Classified-SW.
· The reviews of local venues and service providers published on Classifieds-SW are provided by members of the public and do not represent the opinion of Classifieds-SW or its owners. The reviews are the individual opinions of members of the public based upon their individual experience on an individual occasion.
· All reviews submitted to Classifieds-SW therefore express the views and opinions of the authors and hence Classifieds-SW nor its web master or owners will be held liable.
· We retain the right to alter and amend these Terms and conditions as required and without notification.
In General
· Access to and use of this Web site and the services available at this Web site are subject to the following terms and conditions as set forth in this notice. By accessing, using or subscribing your business to the Web site or downloading materials from the Web site, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth below without any modification. Please, review them carefully. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use this Web site.
· Classifieds-SW holds no responsibility to the accuracy of any free or paid listings.
· Details and contact information can be added to your listing at a cost of £10 per year
· Once your details go live, you will be invoiced and you agree to pay that invoice in full within 2 calendar weeks.
Business Listings
· Classifieds-SW holds no responsibility to the accuracy of any free or paid listings.
· Classifieds-SW offers Basic Listings, as well as Premium Listing options.
· Basic Listings will display contact information, and web links. They will be displayed randomly in any order, but will be relevant to any assigned categories. Free Listings are Basic Listings at the managements discretion.
· Listings are charged according to the amount of content required. A Basic Listing, which is a box advert alone, within the Classifications area will be charged at £10 per year for your main classification area (and if required - £5 per year for each sub-classification). A Premium Listing is a Full page of content, which will be charged at £10 per year on top of your Basic Listing (s). A Premium Listing cannot exist without at least one Basic Listing.
· For all Listings, companies are able to include a “Web Link” to their own website along with their contact details. The Listing can then include as much or as little information as each company requires, provided that information is relevant and that Classifieds-SW are able to input it.
· For all Listings, companies are entering into an agreement with Classified-SW, where Classifieds-SW will display that business on it’s own web site, which will be accessible by the general public. Listings will be valid for a set 12 month term unless otherwise agreed
· By agreeing to any Listing, the customer must understand that Classifieds-SW will make contact every 6 - 12 months to confirm address and email details. This contact may be automated, requiring the customer to confirm or update details via the email address we have for the Listing. If a listing details cannot be confirmed in a 6 - 12 month period, then that listing may be removed from our database. A new listing will require a new payment.
· Any Listing is only valid for as long a period as has been paid for.
· Payment terms for all Listings are 14 calendar days, from invoice date and at least 7 days prior to renewal date. If after an invoice letter is sent, followed by a reminder e-mail, no payment is forthcoming, then the listing will be removed.
· If for any reason a business no longer wishes to subscribe to the Classifieds-SW Web Site, no part or full refund of any subscription fees will be given, except with management discretion.
· Classifieds-SW reserves the right to remove any business Listing from the database at any time. Examples include business no longer trading, complaints regarding obscene or illegal business practices. No part or full refund of any subscription fees will be given, except with management discretion.
Regional Portals
· Classifieds-SW is not responsible for the quality or content of any associated RSS news feeds or third party content displayed on any regional portals.
· Any content or events entered into local portal event planners are not the responsibility of Classified-SW, but Classifieds-SW reserves the right to remove any obscene or inappropriate content or events, or content that has been subject to complaint.
Intellectual Property
· The copyright in this entire Web site, unless stipulated, is held by Classified-SW. All material provided on this Web site is protected under international copyright laws and treaty provisions. Except as expressly provided herein, none of the material provided on this Web site may be copied, distributed, republished, reproduced, downloaded, displayed or transmitted in any form for commercial use without the prior written permission of Classified-SW.
· Individual visitors of this Web site are permitted to download or print one copy of material published on this Web site solely for their personal, non-commercial use, provided that they do not modify the materials and that they retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials. This permission terminates automatically if you breach any of the terms and conditions contained herein. Classifieds-SW does not grant any express or implied right to you under any patents, trademarks, copyrights or trade secret laws.
· The trademarks, logos and service marks (collectively referred to as "Trademarks") displayed on this Web site are claimed by the individual businesses or Classifieds-SW and no trademark license, either express or implied, is granted by Classified-SW. You do not have any right to use any Trademark or Service Mark displayed on this Web site except as expressly provided under the doctrine of Fair Use without the prior written permission of Classified-SW. In the event of unauthorized use or misuse of its Trademarks Classifieds-SW will pursue its legal remedies without delay.
Electronic Information Submitted to this Web site
· Any communication or material other than your personal information submitted to this Web site by electronic mail is the exclusive property of Classifieds-SW and is considered to be non-confidential and non-proprietary. Such communication may include without limitation questions, comments, suggestions and ideas. Classifieds-SW shall be free to use them for any purpose whatsoever without restriction or compensation.
· Classifieds-SW assumes no responsibility for, or is otherwise legally responsible for remarks posted upon this Web site by third parties, even if those remarks are defamatory. Classifieds-SW allows third parties to post their opinions on this site, but asks third parties to follow guidelines such as not leaving negative or abusive comments. Classifieds-SW will take all reasonable measures to ensure only appropriate opinions are published by means of human intervention, and may partially edit or censor opinions. Opinions deemed inappropriate will not be included. The final decision as to what is deemed appropriate and shall be allowed to be published on the website will lie with Classified-SW.
· However, in certain situations, outlined below, Classifieds-SW will remove postings by third parties ("posters" or "users"), including, to wit:
(1) Classifieds-SW is presented with a settlement agreement, resolving a dispute
between the poster and any third party(ies) complaining about the posting, mandating
that the posting be removed.
(2) The posting contains vulgar, profane, or obscene
language.
(3) The posting contains adult material, including but not limited to,
graphic images, written images, or links thereto.
(4) The posting does not relate
to a valid commercial transaction and is not the type of posting for which the Web
site is intended, namely the referral of UK venues and service providers.
(5) The
posting contains personal identifying information about another user of this Web
site.
(6) The posting was posted by a user who submitted false contact information
during the registration process and Classifieds-SW is unable to contact the poster/user.
(7) Multiple copies of the same posting.
(8) The posting was made by a current owner,
employee, former employee, or immediate family member of the company being reviewed.

No Agency

No Guarantee of Continuous Use
· We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services, and operation of our site may be stopped due to factors outside our control.
Survival
· In the event one part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the other provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
Agreement
· Your use of this Web site signifies that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
